Cotech Horticulture Program

Horticulture Program

Growing communities through sustainable agriculture, green innovation, and food security.

🌱 About the Program

The Cotech Horticulture Program promotes sustainable agricultural practices that empower communities β€” especially women and youth β€” to achieve economic independence while protecting the environment. We combine traditional farming wisdom with modern eco-technologies to create a future where agriculture is productive, sustainable, and climate-resilient.

In Kajiado County, Cotech has been gifted 20 acres of land for a horticultural and organic farm. This project addresses major challenges in the area: water scarcity, vulnerable livelihoods, and economic instability. The farm will not only grow high-value crops but also provide water, employment, and skills training to local women, youth, and pastoralist communities, fostering sustainable development and community resilience.
