Our mission is to unlock dignified livelihoods for Kenya's underserved youth and women through community-rooted education, digital skills, and economic empowerment programs that respect local knowledge and build lasting opportunity.

Our five-year strategy (2026β2030) aims to deepen impact in Trans Nzoia while gradually expanding to 3 additional counties β targeting cumulative reach of 5,000 trained youth and 15,000 community members by 2030, supported by strengthened systems, partnerships, and learning.
